Navigating the site

The homepage is a good place to start if you want to buy our products online. We have designed our homepage to be as user-friendly as possible. You will be able to access the product catalogue in a number of ways from the home page. You can enter the product code or name of the product. You can also browse our products by going into the specialist areas. The specialist areas (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Sport or Neen Pelvic Health) can be accessed via the menu bar running horizontally at the top of every page on the site or from the main boxes in the centre of the homepage.

Remember, wherever you are on the site, you can always return to the homepage by clicking ‘Home’ or clicking on the Mobilis logo in the top left hand corner.

Don’t worry if you’ve ended up on the wrong page. You can easily go back a step by clicking on the back button at the top left of your screen.

How to change your password

If you are an existing customer (with a Mobilis account) and this is the first time you are using the updated Mobilis site, you will be asked to change your password for security reasons.

If you need a new password, please go to My Account and enter your email address, and press 'Request A New Password'. A single-use password will be sent to your email address. You will then be prompted to choose a new password

Please choose a password that is longer than four characters or shorter than ten characters.

Buying products on the site couldn’t be simpler. Simply follow our simple steps.


Using the shopping basket

1. Find the product you want

Using the website navigation or the search box, go to the product catalogue and find the product you want.

2. Click on the image to make sure it’s the right product

When you have found the product you want, click on the image and this will give you more detailed information about the product including key features and specific technical data and stock availability.

3. Add to Basket

You've found your item, you have checked that it is exactly what you want and that we have it in stock, now you all have to add it to your basket. Simply click the blue ‘Add to Basket’ Button. It’s that simple, you can now buy the product. If you want to browse the site and buy more products, that’s fine. The first product will still be in the basket at the end of the process.


Buying the products in your basket

1. Getting to the View Basket page

When you've added an item to your basket, you'll be given two options; ‘Checkout Now’ or ‘Continue Shopping’. If you choose to continue shopping you will be taken back to the previous page you were on and you can purchase more products. If at any time you want to proceed to view your basket just press the ‘View Basket’ button on the right hand side of the screen.

2. Reviewing your order

After adding all the items to your basket, you now have an opportunity to change the quantity of items in your basket (this depends on stock availability). You also have the chance to re-check your order. If everything is correct with your order, click the ‘Checkout Now’ button to kick-start the checkout process.

3. Sign-in/Register

Creating an account and registering your details is quick and easy. Once you have created an account there is no need to complete your details with every purchase. Registering your details will enable you to view previous orders, find your usual products quickly and use the tracking facility to follow the progress of your order.

If this is your first time shopping with us, you will be asked to register your details. This will include supplying your contact details and the address you would like your products to be sent.

All fields with a ‘star’ must be filled in for the registration process to be completed.

If you are having problems with creating an account the most common errors are choosing a password, which has already been selected or choosing a password that is shorter than four characters or longer than ten characters.

4. Select/Confirm shipping address

Select which address where you want your products to be delivered (the shipping address). You can have multiple addresses like your work or home or you the goods can be delivered to a friend or relative. If you only have one address this will be selected by default. This would usually be your billing address (ie the address which matches your credit/debit card address). When you have entered a shipping address, just press the ‘Checkout Now’ button. If you do not want the goods to go to your billing address, you will have to add an alternative address to your account.

5. Choose delivery method

You will also be asked to select your shipping method. You will have a choice of standard delivery, rush delivery or our Saturday delivery service. Select your delivery method and press the ‘Checkout Now’ button. Different items sometimes have different delivery prices. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further information.

6. Check your order

After you've picked your delivery method, you are given the chance to verify your order and prices. If everything is fine, press the ‘Checkout Now’ button.

7. Submit your payment details

Here you must enter your credit/debit card details exactly as they appear on your card. For security, we ask for your card's CV2 number which can be found on the back of the card and is usually the last three digits on the signature strip. Once you have entered everything correctly press the ‘Complete Checkout’ button.

8. Get your order confirmation number and confirmation email

After you've submitted your payment you'll be sent a confirmation email and also shown a page with your order number on it. If you don't get both of these please email mobilisrolyan.sales@patterson-medical.com to check your order has been progressed.
