The New Darco Body Armor™ Cast Shoe takes the look and performance of a cast/post op shoe into the 21st century.
The cast/post op shoe has a contemporary design and soft feel to provide the patient with a product they can wear with confidence and comfort.
The Darco Body Armor Cast Shoe can be worn with plaster and fiberglass casts, heavy compression bandaging or with a standard stocking for post operative recovery.
Features of the Darco Body Armor™ Cast Shoe:
- Soft, durable EVA material that is lightweight and conforms nicely to the cast for comfortable fit
- A unique bungee closure system allows the shoe to envelope the cast, securing the cast in the shoe and giving the patient confidence while ambulating

- Easy open closure for quick application and removal

- Five sizes for adults, X-Small through X-Large. Pediatric sizes will be available in mid 2009
